The successful candidate will have the following:
- 2+ Years of experience managing a team
- Qualified accountant with CA, CPA or IPA
- You should enjoy helping people and be an active listener to understand client’s needs,
- Ideally, You will have managed a client portfolio and a team of accountants.
- Have a desire to growth, develop and take on new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must, as you will be running client meetings and managing team members.
- Technically exceptional with strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- You are not required to have your own portfolio of clients; however, it would be great if you did.
