A leading Australian consultancy, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Practice Manager to lead and grow their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) practice.
Role Overview:
- Own the strategic direction of the D365 BC practice; identify growth opportunities, market trends, and develop plans to capture new business.
- Lead and shape a high-performing team: Recruit, mentor, and develop D365 BC talent across consulting, implementation, and support.
- Oversee project delivery excellence: Ensure on-time, on-budget completion of client projects, upholding high quality standards.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth for the D365 BC practice by managing budgets, resource allocation, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain cutting-edge expertise: Stay abreast of D365 BC updates, industry trends, and attend relevant training and conferences.
- 7+ years of experience in the D365 BC ecosystem, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
- Expertise in D365 BC deployment methodologies, with in-depth understanding of solution capabilities and customisation potential.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and win new opportunities for the practice.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, cultivating a high-performance team culture.
- Natural communication and relationship-building abilities, confidently interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in practice operations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications (MB-300, MB-310, or equivalent) highly advantageous.
