LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Manager – Commercial Agriculture and Biofuels in Unley, South Australia.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer where your role will primarily involve developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of the Agriculture and Biofuels business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of the Ag and Biofuels business
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Ag and Biofuels business
- Drive and identify opportunities for cost optimisation, value enhancement and process improvement within the commercial function
- Manage and negotiate Commercial Agreements from concept through to a financial investment decision
- Improve business performance by understanding contractual and revenue flows and optimising opportunities with suppliers and customers
- Engage with industry leaders and customers and develop effective working relationships
- Collaborate with the wider LMS business, assisting with business development opportunities and regulatory/policy changes required to support LMS’ business activities
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in a commercial role with exposure to commercial negotiations
- and contracts
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of contract law, commercial terms and risk management principles
- Financially numerate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Regular Intrastate and Interstate Travel
- Australian Drivers Licence
