About the role Cardinia Shire Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Community Infrastructure Delivery. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to shape and define the region’s future through the delivery of key initiatives funded by Federal, State, and Local Government. You will lead a diverse team responsible for delivering projects spanning open space, traffic and transport, stormwater management, and traditional civil infrastructure. Your role will involve providing strategic guidance, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, budget management and fostering long-term stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives effectively. About You As an accomplished manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering Community Infrastructure projects and adeptly navigating complex environments, you bring a wealth of leadership expertise and financial acumen to the table. Your exceptional ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, coupled with your strong strategic and operational planning skills, ensures seamless management of multiple projects concurrently. With qualifications in Engineering, Constructions Management, Building or Architecture and Registration as an Engineer as per the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 you possess the necessary foundation to excel in this role.
