Job description

Join us as our Manager Customer Experience for a full-time ongoing position. This role comes with a generous salary of $111,857.24 to $127,436.90 p.a. plus superannuation.
Job Description
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll

  • Oversee and facilitate the delivery of our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy
  • Facilitate and lead integrated improvement initiatives to foster excellent Customer Experiences
  • Seek, identify and enable opportunities for using customer intelligence to inform business strategy and service improvement opportunities.
  • Actively manage change, supporting an engaged and energised workforce.

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a relevant senior position.
  • A great track record in bringing people together to facilitate change in an organisation.
  • Significant experience in strategy development and implementation.
  • An understanding of the systems and orientation that lead to great Customer Experiences.
We're looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who will empower, support and influence their colleagues in service of improving the experiences for our customers.
