Realty and Asset Management is a unique owner focussed department within Accor Apartments and Realty based on the Gold Coast. With over 100 properties under management, Realty and Asset Management oversees the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio. PurposeAs Manager, Developments & Projects, your role is central to the growth of keys under management in the Accor Apartments & Realty business. You will lead the Business Development team and implement strategies and campaigns in order to grow new keys, stem key losses and support the retention of our existing keys across the portfolio. Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategically lead the Business Development team to ensure continued key growth is achievedProvide a high level of service to all Unit Owners and potential Owners within Accor Apartments & Realty at all timesProvide ongoing training and leadership for existing business development teamsAssemble and train BDM teams for new developmentsImplement owner campaigns for new developments for key conversionImplement owner campaigns for new developments to optimise furniture packages under development.Coordinate with marketing the creation of tailored property/owner collateralCoordinate with developers and all Accor Apartments & Realty internal departments on the creation of asset/owner specific websites and related platformsAssist in the due diligence process of new acquisitionsDevelop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our different types of management agreements (GTA/POA/MIA/MFFA) and the management options and services provided by AccorMaintain knowledge of offsite letting agents including method of operation, agreements and returnsImplement strategies and initiatives to increase our conversion of keys in any given buildingDirectly manage key growth campaigns at specific target propertiesReview records of terminated keys to identify any key loss/gain trends and assist in implementing initiatives across various properties and regions as requiredMaintain a sound knowledge of Real Estate legislation and updates within the appropriate State of new developments and/or Projects.
