ABOUT THE ROLE…
This position is responsible for the administration of stock and disposal of vehicles to meet or exceed our client's and the business's requirements by processing returned assets from arrival through to completion of sale.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Carry out stock management of returned leased and client owned assets
- Ensure all end of lease transportation is organised and coordinated with both internal and external stakeholders
- Complete physical vehicle checks including vehicle condition reporting, recording of unfair wear and tear details and administration of documentation for all vehicles in stock
- Coordinate the tender sales process, including preparation of the vehicle for the tender process (updating registration and presentation of the vehicle), as well as preparation of bid and tender sale sheets and the invoicing for all sold vehicles
- Manage income related to End of Lease and Disposal, ensuring these client charges are processed accurately and in a timely manner
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Knowledge / qualifications in the Motor Vehicle Trade
- Ability to build/maintain strong, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in engaging and negotiating with internal/external suppliers and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
