About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Manager with a strong ability to:

  • Lead a team of Security experts through inspiration, expertise and respect as you provide oversight, guidance and mentorship

  • Harness teams and individuals to uplift efficiency and sustain outstanding service delivery

  • Manage and deliver strategic program outcomes aligned to corporate objectives and the Falcon Complete mission

  • Serve as escalation point for significant customer issues and guide the customer and team towards resolution

  • Partner with sales leads as Falcon Complete subject matter expert to attract new customers and retain existing customer

  • Display outstanding resilience through well-rounded leadership skillset and continue to develop through ongoing self-reflection and prioritisation of this critical development path

  • Set prioritization for your team in a way that focuses on desired outcomes and creates efficiency

  • Leads the team through change, such as introduction of new services, product changes, and organizational changes.

  • Make decisions with consideration to all parties involved and with positive outcome in mind

Are you adept at all domains of Security and able to teach, provide guidance, and help identify customer pain points and solutions?
 

What You'll Do:

Under the guidance of the Director, a Falcon Complete Manager is expected to:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team while maintaining oversight of customer and team objectives.

  • Manage service delivery outcomes of all direct reports against strategic goals for Falcon Complete and Crowdstrike.

  • Lead the team through implementation of strategic and operational initiatives under guidance of Falcon Complete Leadership.

  • Track and report on the overall health of Falcon Complete customers with focus on customer or areas of concern along with recommendations to leadership.

  • Set team goals and provide leadership and guidance towards successful completion

  • Lean on your decision-making to escalate team or customer issues along with recommendations to the Falcon Complete Director and/or leadership team.

  • Serve as the representative for the team in strategic initiatives aimed at creating new value, improving existing service delivery capabilities, and creating execution efficiencies.

  • Demonstrate customer empathy and help resolve customer issues by partnering/ coordinating with other members of the CrowdStrike Teams.

  • As escalation point, meet with customers and be a listening partner with the goal of understanding the customer’s pain point, providing clarity of services, and navigating towards successful outcomes.

  • Provide leadership with resource needs demonstrating alignment to strategic outcomes.

  • Mentor, grow, and develop talent within the team.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to help you support your customers.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience leading teams across various regions including US, UK, APAC

  • Experience leading people and customers through difficult situations

  • Demonstrable ability to operationalize new services

  • Strong decision-making that leads to positive outcomes.

  • Expert understanding through hands-on experience with customer security programs such as security operations, attack surface reduction, security metrics, and more.

  • Strong communication skills, particularly aimed at demonstrating value add, project status updates, present to leadership levels, and ability to influence and motivate your team

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate at various levels in an organization

  • Strong leadership skills with self-awareness and ability to adapt and learn from

Experience, education and qualifications

Your proven experience delivering meaningful outcomes and leading teams to excellence is what matters most for this role.

A degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Security, or other related fields is highly relevant. However, a degree isn’t everything to us here at CrowdStrike; we welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds
