The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) provides a range of services to support approximately 2,500 staff in 45 vibrant and dynamic Catholic school communities that serve more than 18,000 students. The CSO assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

Manager, Finance Applications (Technology One)
This position can be located in Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, or Port Macquarie
Full time, permanent position. Commencing as soon as possible.

Work Requirements:
- A current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
- Requirement to travel between locations (as required).
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, or information technology
Work Experience and Key Capabilities:
- Expert knowledge and significant experience in the use and support of financial management systems (Technology One preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial controls and processes in a systems context.
- Prior experience in project management including preparation of business cases and development of project plans.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and build a cohesive responsive team that delivers excellent customer focused services.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Catholic education in Australia and demonstrated capacity to implement the Mission of the Church for Catholic Education.
- Demonstrated ability to support school communities to be formed in the Mission of Jesus Christ.
- Working knowledge of WHS and equity with a demonstrated capacity to apply related principles and policies.
