About the Role

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations? BOQ Group is looking for a Manager of Quality Control for Financial Crime Risk (FCR) to lead our Quality Control team and uphold the highest standards within our Financial Crime Operations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the bank's compliance with AML/CTF regulatory obligations and to foster a strong compliance culture across the organization.

You will manage and uplift the quality within the wider Financial Crime Operations team, provide regular and insightful reporting on Financial Crime compliance risk incidents and issues identified through Quality Control activities, and play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's processes meet AML/CTF regulatory obligations.

We are seeking a candidate who is experienced in Financial Crime Risk management, with a strong understanding of Quality Control, skilled in reporting and analytics, capable of providing actionable insights, and committed to driving a culture of compliance and quality across the organization.
