About the Role

Are you a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a role that requires a deep understanding of business needs and customer outcomes?

In this permanent full-time position, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our business stakeholders through the complexities of Financial Crime operations. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying the current state of our operations, envisioning the future state, and bridging the gap with end-to-end business requirements. You'll explore various options to address stated problems and outcomes, enabling the business to select the best-fit solution.

You will be able to facilitate identification and analysis of proposed solutions to determine which solution best fits the business's need. While you identify gaps and shortcomings in solutions and determine any necessary workarounds or changes by engaging with the right people within the bank.

Other areas you'll be involved with are;

  • Complete business impact assessments for the initiative
  • Complete assessments of change to scope against benefits and cost of change

About you

You have a proven track record as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking and Financial Crime domain. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you have a history of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results. You're comfortable with no direct reports, as your impact comes from your strategic insights and ability to influence complex matters and systems.
