This role is responsible for managing our Sunshine Coast jobs and medic team.
If you have great communication, organisation and management skills, some medical knowledge and are looking for a flexible, permanent part time role with a great team we’d love to hear from you.
In this role you will:
- Respond to client enquires/bookings
- Manage the regions Medic Services bookings including assigning staff, co-ordinating any equipment required, briefing staff etc
- Recruit and manage the medic team for the Sunshine Coast region
- Train and develop your team
- Engage with clients about 1st aid / medical sports and event coverage
- Undertake relevant admin
About you:
- Great customer service and communication skills are a must, as the role requires interaction with a diverse range of people
- Some medical training, experience or background (ie nurse, paramedic)
- Minimum 2+ years in a role/s that provided relevant skills / experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
