• Management experience in a high performing store REQUIRED.
• Sales and results driven.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
• Business orientated – capability to use P&L & financial tools to make strategic business decisions
• Ability to identify development opportunities and work toward team succession plans
• Team orientated and ability to create a fun and positive environment!
