We are looking for a Manager, Intermediate Care Services to join the team!
About the Role:
The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) provides care for around 341,000 people living in the southern metropolitan area of Adelaide as well as providing a number of state-wide services, and services to those in regional areas. More than 8,000 skilled staff provide high quality person-centred care, education, research and health promoting services. In this role,
The Manager, you will be responsible for managing service planning, development, delivery and evaluation of all Intermediate Care Services as well as the financial and human resources of clinical and administrative/business support staff in order to ensure quality, cost efficient, comprehensive and effective ICS. In addition, you will be providing support to the Executive Director of Allied Health and Intermediate Care Services.
About you:
- Appropriate Allied Health qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, giving eligibility for registration with relevant profession al body and/or membership with the relevant professional association, where appropriate
- Significant experience in a senior management role within health, particularly working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
- Experience in managing and leading complex projects and services.
- Experience in leading services or organisations through times of extensive change.
- Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives in health care settings.
