AddressProviding support to projects and initiatives through the application of an acute understanding of the Investment Operations business and available technology solutions, the Pillar Lead will use their ability to turn ideas and needs from stakeholders into a comprehensive, well documented set of requirements that can be translated into solutions. Management of a diverse pipeline of work and a variety of stakeholder personalities provides an engaging environment in which to operate and requires an adaptable, outcome focused skillset to achieve optimal results.
A passion for identifying process improvement opportunities and a proactive and curious approach to problem solving whilst championing a risk focus and discipline, are attributes required to be successful in this role. The Pillar Lead is expected to exhibit and promote Investment Operations standards of excellence when delivering solutions and ensure control and governance protocols are always adhered to.
This role will also require experience in handling a wide range of administrative and project support related tasks and the successful candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, often working under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

As the Manager, Investment Operations, you will:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Investment Operations business processes and drive optimal outcomes through process evaluation, requirement anticipation, and solution implementation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business needs are understood and documented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including requirements documents and implementation plans.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of business requests based on criticality and value.
- Chair Investment Ops LT prioritization forums, presenting recommendations and managing team administration.
- Coordinate impact assessment and solutioning workshops, providing insights from a technological design perspective.
- Establish and maintain Investment Operations testing standards for technology deliverables and conduct post-implementation reviews.
