About The Role
As the Manager Infrastructure Program Management Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists to ensure the effective governance, assurance and performance monitoring of programs and projects within Infrastructure Gold Coast across their lifecycle. You will work closely with the City of Gold Coast’s Enterprise Program Office to enable consistency in the application of governance and reporting frameworks to the Executive and ensure knowledge sharing and a continuous involvement approach across the organisation.
What you'll be responsible for
You will lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team, driving performance through high-level leadership and stakeholder management to provide specialist support to ensure cost intelligence, program and project controls, data analytics and insights, document control and governance are in place to enable successful business and stakeholder outcomes. Supporting General Managers, you will develop long-term project investment pipeline across all asset classes, capital and operational expenditure requirements to meet asset management and ensure the 4 year capital portfolio is effectively planned, defined and delivered.

We're looking for people who have
- Demonstrated experience and capability in the leadership and development of program management frameworks in a government or a large complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders with differing priorities/views, gather required and relevant information and provide recommendations advice.
- Experience working with competing priorities, with the ability to organise and prioritise work, to deliver expected outcomes in a timely manner.
- Comprehensive understanding of City services and capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms to a variety of stakeholders, to effectively influence and align communication.
- Collaborative and consultative approach to work.
