About the Role

As a Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you are responsible with the following:

Ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness of reg report preparation.

Providing support to team member / Manager to meet regulatory requirement & timelines.

Eliminate and automate processes where feasible to avoid manual effort and bring in elements of efficiency.

Accurate, complete and timely Regulatory Reporting applicable to all regulators.

Timely preparation and submission of all returns to ensure no regulatory penalty is levied.

Provide a responsible and accurate reg return preparation activity by maintaining and applying an up-to-date knowledge of applicable banking policies, practices, procedures and law.

Ensuring that work instructions are updated and relevant to the operating environment and applicable regulatory/internal guidelines.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Proven years of experience in Institutional Client Administration (Loan Related) Reporting like CRILIC, CIBIL, BSR-1 and Market Operations related Reporting like Cross Border, AML KYC, Foreign Exchange Turnover, etc.
  • Exposure to and thorough understanding of ANZ Risk and Compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and/or escalations in a productive manner which encourages active operational risk management to ensure a well-managed business.
  • Knowledge of Institutional Banking operations, instruments and processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to use initiative, take action and be persistent in addressing issues.
  • Advance excel skills and knowledge of macros.
  • Tertiary education in Banking and Financial Services.
