Job Description

1. The successful applicant shall work closely with mainly Corporate business, partnership, family group, trusts, and some HNWI individuals clients;
2. The successful applicant is experienced to manage workflow, guide and audit financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS and quarterly management reports and other compliance reports of team members.
3. The successful applicant will assist in tax planning and advisory work and to provide professional services and maintaining relationships with clients.
4. Team management and guiding junior staff members.

  
Job Description

1. The successful applicant shall report to Partner/ Director level to manage Team of Senior, Intermediate and graduate accountants.
2. The role consists of Client services and management mainly Corporate business, partnership, family group, trusts, and some HNWI individuals clients;
3. The successful applicant is experienced to lead junior team members to prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS and quarterly management reports and other compliance reports for the clients.
4. The successful applicant will assist in tax planning and advisory work and to provide professional services and maintaining relationships with clients.

  
Successful Applicant:

1. 5 Years above accumulative experience in Australia-Based Tax/ Public practice/ Chartered accounting firms.
2. Have completed CA/ CPA or near completion. The company offers study support as well.
3. Highly skilled in tax compliance and issues such as Division 7A, GST, FBT.
4. The successful applicant has great interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal team, has a proactive attitude to solutions solving, and enthusiasm to learn.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and numeracy skills and capacity to understand complex structures.
6. Ideally experienced with XERO, MYOB, intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
7. Have managed team and work flow.
