THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.             
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contract of employment with a 6-month qualifying period.

The Chief Financial Officer portfolio is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as Manager - Systems and Projects, where you'll lead and oversee the development and operation of Institute business systems, spanning multiple directorates and functional areas.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative technical and business solutions, ensuring high standard system performance, functionality, and reliability. Your expertise will drive the achievement of organisational objectives, making a significant impact on our success.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree and postgraduate qualifications in technology, project management, business accounting, finance, or similar field, with senior project administration experience. Familiarity with Technology One Software is advantageous.
  • Thorough knowledge of business planning, including developing and improving business Systems and strategies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, techniques, and standards.
  • Experience in project planning, risk analysis and developing risk minimisation strategies, especially in relation to Systems and Projects.
  • Relevant senior management experience in implementing corporate systems for large, complex organisations, including policy development and review.
  • Proven experience in project management roles, setting priorities, managing budgets, and executing business Systems and Projects efficiently.
