Remuneration: $106,142 per annum - $125,241 per annum + super and annual leave loading
Location: Gladesville with relocation to the State Operations Centre in Sydney Olympic Park in 2024

ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this position is to manage the Tax and Salary Packaging services for NSW Ambulance with Ministry of Health and an external service provider. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of tax management together with the external Salary Packaging service including contract management, communication, reporting and performance. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info for further information.
Please note: This position is for a period of up to two (2) year with possible extension.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Excellent communication skill to manage a wide range of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a subject matter expert, making recommendations to the relevant committees on matters related to the Tax and Salary Packaging service.
- Be a self-starter and be able to make day to day operational decisions autonomously and following through on action items required.
- Be able to manage the Salary Packaging performance and liaise with the external provider to ensure targets are achieved.
