Qualifications & experience

• At least 5 years of quality professional services experience.
• CA/CPA or CTA Qualified.
• Relevant experience working in Big 4 or tax specialist services firm.
• Private Client Services technical skills.
• Organised and results-driven, able to work in team managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven management skills, including experience in managing WIP, workflow, client expectations, productivity and job turnaround times.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering market leading tax services for complex clients. Responsibilities will vary amongst the role, but as a guide, you will:

• Participate in the tax planning and consulting process for a variety of clients, from fast growing early-stage, large private groups to public companies both national and international.
• Work with clients through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit and develop solutions complex problems that may arise.
• Tax returns for high net worth individuals, SME's and large family groups, through to ASX listed companies.
• Assist with preparation of Webinars and Seminars as required.
• Encourage continuous improvement by participating in team training and commit to investing in your own technical development.
