What you’ll be doing:

The Manager, Travel Partners (Product Owner) plays a crucial role in defining the vision and ensuring the overall success of strategic initiatives and the Squad. Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day tasks of the Squad to ensure timely delivery of objectives. The Squad’s main emphasis will be on our travel partners, encompassing both air and non-air.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have 2-4 years’ experience leading Agile projects, product and/or cross functional teams
  • Come with experience working across Loyalty programs
  • Can utilise analytics platforms and have the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making
  • Enjoy and have proven success working in a solutions-focused environment with the ability to liaise with stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of problems to collectively decide on the pathway forward
  • Can lead and engage across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Are a natural leader with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
  • Have a University related degree
  • Have an Agile qualification (desirable)
  • Come from a solid travel industry background (desirable)
