Role Summary:
The Manager Wholesale Platforms role is an opportunity in our Digital & Technology Core Systems Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.
Within this you will play an integral role in defining the strategy, operating model, capabilities, and roadmap for Synergy’s Wholesale Platforms team. You will lead the team in developing stable and reliable systems to support essential business processes, ensure the establishment of good working practices, and manage priority incidents.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop a strategy and roadmap for Wholesale Platforms team capabilities that is aligned with Synergy’s strategy and plans.
- Establish and build on relationships with key stakeholders and delivery teams across Synergy.
- Empower the team to continuously evaluate and optimize the IT solutions to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across all key stakeholders of relevant platforms and technologies.
- Establish, and refine as required, a support model that includes 24 hr x 7-day coverage for all critical technology stacks and sites.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing transformational projects/infrastructure/operations in complex environments.
- 10+ years of Technology/IT and business/industry work experience and equal years of experience leading Technology teams.
- IT business process experience to be able to identify and drive process improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success at working in complex environments across multiple disciplines.
