Your Role in our Team
As a Business Development Manager at Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting motor vehicle dealerships and fleet customers across all AAPG brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Provide support for resellers and distributers over all TJM brands through the development and execution of yearly business plans and quarterly business reviews with Retail Partners
• Provide a monthly activity report to the State Sales Manager providing outcomes, future actions and notes based on the previous month (CRM)
• Undertake regular store visits and store audits
• Maintain and improve store brand standards for the Group
• Ensure adherence to Brand & Distributor Standards by retail network
• Building local trade relationships with key state supplier representatives and managing the execution of agreed merchandising, brand and retail standards across the retail brand and Stockists’ networks
• Assist in the development, delivery and execution of the sales channel management strategy to meet sales budgets for Distributor, Stockist and Re-seller channels and building distribution of the TJM brand portfolio of products.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities between aftermarket customers and Head Office
• Support new and existing Dealer and Stockist store fit outs & merchandising
• Support the National Events and Communication Manager to organise and coordinate major regional shows
• Represent the AAPG at key trade, retail and association events.
• Ensure a high standard of customers' relationships
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products.
• Identify new sales opportunities and go the extra mile to win them.
What you’ll bring to the Team
• Demonstrated company, and/or franchise management experience
• Ability to analyse and report on data
• Sales, marketing and merchandising skills
• Strong communicator and developer of business
• Training and development of employees and business stakeholders
• Current Australian drivers licence required
