We are looking for a Manager, Workforce Insights and Performance to join our People and Culture leadership team.
The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and tactical leadership in People Analytics, HR systems and system support and administration.
This includes the development of the team’s roadmap, establishing and maintaining effective governance and identifying, prioritising, and implementing enhancements.
Leading a team of four, you will guide the team in delivering data, analysis and strategic workforce planning advice and assistance.
By building on the existing Power BI and SQL server capabilities, you will continue to advance data-driven analytics to inform decision making.

What you will be doing
- Provide professional, authoritative and timely strategic advice to business partners, leaders and senior management on complex workforce analytics and workforce planning to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead and develop analytic products to identify workforce drivers impacting the business and communicate results and analysis to stakeholders using dashboards, reports or linked to decision making tools.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and align workforce analytics strategies and products accordingly.
- Lead the preparation of high-level written communications, translating data into meaningful insights through well-written briefing notes and workforce analysis reports for the executive leadership team, and departmental communications.
- Represent the department with all matters relating to workforce technologies and data analysis at various forums.
- Lead, coach and direct a team of workforce analysts, focusing on enabling a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Contribute to the People and Culture leadership team by supporting the delivery of business activities and priorities.
- Lead training and information sessions as they relate to workforce analytics to a range of audiences and stakeholders to enhance stakeholder capabilities.
