This fast growing e-commerce service provider requires a Mandarin Speaking, skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team.
The key elements to these roles include:
- Answering inbound calls – basic troubleshooting from console; identifying the issues and recording the information. Correctly assign cases to backend processing department adhere with SOP.
- Responding and solving emails inquires/tickets aligns with the departmental average handling guidelines.
- Resolve merchant’s complaints
- Document client interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system and excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal organization teams, including finance, operation, information technology and product project management to address clients needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform data entry to record received calls; received incoming tickets and resolution; operation related email counts in a consolidated spreadsheet.
- Resolving deposit/withdrawal traces adhere with the departmental handling procedure.
- Preparing internal shift end report – record total numbers of cases received/solved within each working shift; data entry service log; numbers of ticket received for data collection/analysis.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Previous experience in finance industry.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables).
- IT savvy and ability to navigate around systems.
- Preferred with experience in data processing / reconciliation or related field.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, native Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Have strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
