I am currently seeking a talented Marketing Admin Assistant to join a financial services organisation based in Melbourne, CBD on a 3-month contract basis. As a Marketing assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting all marketing efforts to enhance the position of the organisation within the Victorian market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is starting out their career and lookings to gain experience in the financial services field. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a part of a established marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Help coordinate and execute marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, and networking functions.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Previous experience or internships in marketing or a related role is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
