+ The Opportunity
This is a newly created position that will see you working in Bligh Tanner’s Fortitude Valley office, and taking responsibility for:
- Protecting and enhancing the Bligh Tanner brand.
- Developing and executing a Marketing Strategy aligned with Bligh Tanner’s strategic priorities, with an emphasis on face-to-face engagement between the Bligh Tanner team and our key clients and collaborators.
- Leading the preparation of engaging tender submissions. This will include monitoring tender opportunities, coordinating project teams and technical content, and ensuring Bligh Tanner’s key value proposition is articulated in a clear and compelling way.
- Managing Bligh Tanner’s website and social media presence in line with the Marketing Strategy.
- Preparing marketing collateral.
- Ensuring the application of a consistent style guide across Bligh Tanner’s outputs (documents, drawings, presentations).
- Additional tasks as required to support the effective functioning of the business.

+ Selection Criteria
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Communications with 5+ years’ experience
- Experience in successful tender/bid preparation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the built environment sector
- Graphic design skills
