About the Role:
As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll lead our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll ensure brand consistency and flawlessly execute Marketing and Communications initiatives. If you're ready to unleash your creativity, make a meaningful impact, and advance your career, we want to hear from you! Digital marketing expertise, particularly in managing social media and Adobe Suite, is a must, with an interest in graphic design being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote NECA Victoria's events, products, and services across multitude of channels
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO rich website updates
- Analyse data to optimise marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Use Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms to engage with the target audience by responding to messages and comments where necessary.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand tone and voice.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new ideas to keep our marketing efforts fresh and innovative.
About You:
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident/NZ Citizen.
- Minimum three years' experience in a marketing role.
- Experience with an email marketing automation tool, CRM, Adobe Suite, and managing social media is a must!
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Organised, able to work to tight deadlines, and still have fun!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with a strong initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support the team.
- Most importantly, a positive, creative, and can-do attitude!
