About The Role
The Marketing and Communications Manager will focus the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, along with being the company spokesperson to external stakeholders. You'll build relationships across internal teams and external partners and serve as a subject matter expert.
You’ll be leading the marketing function, planning and implementing strategies, and monitoring their effectiveness and budgets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Expert Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, ensuring effective communications internally regarding important updates and initiatives, as well as externally with stakeholders from media, public and clients.
- Enhance Brand Awareness: You’ll manage content creation for the business through a variety of creative media forums, overseeing and approving marketing material from digital content to physical site hoardings, scaffolding meshing etc. \
- Strategic Planning: You’ll be responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of all Marketing and communication strategies – developing plans and targets, managing budgets and ensuring project milestones are reached.
- Market Research: You’ll always stay up to date with the latest trends in Marketing and communication practices, analysing market changes and behaviour in order to develop innovative initiatives. This will also include analysing existing marketing strategies and their effectiveness.
What they’re looking for
- Five years of hands-on work experience in a similar role – a role encompassing a wide variety of marketing strategy and Communications responsibilities.
- Proven experience planning and leading marketing campaigns with extremely high-quality, and monitoring their effectiveness
- Marketing experience for a prestigious or luxury brand / product is desirable
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, and organisational and time-management
- Enthusiastic marketer with a command of marketing concepts, strong relationship-building track record, and understanding of marketing platforms in social and digital marketing.
- Understands organizational context, strategy, and goals; a marketer who can tie their efforts toward goals and delivering business value.
- Creative and effective problem solver who can bring ideas and perspectives.
