About the Role
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for developing and supervising all marketing communications strategies and practices for the company. You will set goals, strategies, and plans to run effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will create and improve programs to promote the company and its services while supervising the launch and management of new products, services, and brands to achieve business goals.
Main Duties:
- Oversee marketing strategies, track outcomes and effectiveness, and report to the executive team, providing advice and recommendations.
- Plan, execute, and measure Marketing and communication strategies to support business growth.
- Develop marketing, product, and pricing strategies to generate new business leads.
- Create and manage content and digital marketing to increase brand presence.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Draft and edit communications copy (e.g., publications, social media posts, official websites).
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including senior management, business development, sales, and product teams.
- Prepare and circulate effective internal and external communications.
- Lead and manage a cross-cultural team.
- Work with external marketing platforms and partners.
Skills & Qualifications Preferred:
- 5+ years of recent experience in Marketing and Communications or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
- Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofing communications with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid document editing and research abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Digital marketing experience is preferred.
- Product marketing experience is a plus.
