About the opportunity
We’re looking for mid-career marketers with strong digital marketing, content and social media experience who want to take ownership of their remit to drive engagement and awareness throughout the customer journey through a range of campaigns, stories, events and marketing activities.
Reporting to the General Manager and supported by a well-resourced brand and marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to make this role your own and see the results of your work first-hand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- developing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- identifying, researching and writing compelling stories and content
- creating written and visual content (eg blogs, social, email, collateral)
- social media content creation and management
- website management
- planning and executing campaigns
- tracking and monitoring performance and ROI
- organising and hosting events, alongside your team
- internal and external stakeholder communication
- working with various technologies and tools including Canva, Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Suite, CMS, CRM and email marketing tools (training provided)
About you
You’re an independent, highly capable marketer with strong writing and digital skills.
You're organised, proactive and a confident communicator.
You’re naturally positive, collaborative and inclusive with exceptional interpersonal skills.
You thrive when working with lots of different stakeholders and learning new things.
You’re self-motivated and have excellent planning and time management skills.
You have a degree in marketing, communications or a related field and at least 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
You’re looking for a role you can make your own, and make an impact in a leading NFP organisation.
