The Communications Coordinator will assist the communications manager across operational updates to corporate communications and marketing campaign materials.
In this role you will:
- Take communications briefs.
- Write, edit and develop targeted content for use across multiple platforms (web, email and social media), and to a broad range of stakeholders in line with established tone of voice, values and publication methods.
- Adhere to the publishing and approvals work flow for the timely delivery of targeted content.
- Be a valuable representative of the communications team in cross-functional working groups, offering insights, raising questions, and delivering effective campaign and project communications as required.
- Support business development activities with effective content creation for assets including promotional and sales support materials.
- Review and manage published content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.
- Collaborate effectively with global teammates and large teams across multiple locations and time-zones.
- Analyse effectiveness and create actionable insights in support of continuous performance, creating reports and KPIs.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of all publishing tools and platforms in use.
- Show creativity and deliver excellent advice as you provide communications support to the business.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in content creation/communications.
- 1-3 years of writing, editing and content publishing experience in relevant field.
- Creative writer and thinker.
- Proven track record in creating and managing effective marketing campaigns.
- Able to receive feedback and incorporate it quickly into their way of working.
- Exceptional stakeholder management.
