ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communication Specialist who will assist in business growth through the promotion of the Hospital's services and Doctors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the content creation and management of social media platforms, digital campaigns, website management, video creation, and EDM Marketing and Communications.

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification and at least 2+ years' experience in marketing with strong customer focus, great project management skills, and proven experience with social media marketing.
This role will ideally suit a strong communicator, who is an innovative and confident professional. They will be extremely driven, results-focused and have a high attention to detail. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the qualities of this role would suit someone who enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders, Staff, Doctors, Patients, Group Office and third-party agencies.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Management of social media channels - including content creation (videos, education, images)
- Website management
- Management and creation of digital marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Manage end-to-end digital projects, whilst coordinating, collaborating & reporting back to the Business Development Manager
- Working with tools and technologies such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, falcon, email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising and CRM
Essential Qualification(s), Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital media or a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Experience with basic design principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
REMUNERATION:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 total remuneration package based on experience level and relevant qualifications + salary packaging
