Hey! We are currently seeking applications for the position of a Marketing and Digital Media Team Member.
Your Learning Portal is seeking a marketing driven person who will be responsible for all of our marketing, Digital Media, advertising and website requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and devise marketing opportunities, using the appropriate tools such as website optimisation, social, print or Digital Media.
- Ensure the business has a strong presence on Google, Google Ads and Google My Business.
- Set up and optimise all paid Digital Media for Your Learning Portal within agreed budgets. This includes planning and monitoring the ongoing presence and performance on appropriate channels.
- Organise, design, display and attend public events such as expo’s.
- Prepare and deploy weekly email campaigns for marketing purposes via MailChimp.
- Provide creative and innovative ideas for marketing, student recruitment, social media content and website updates.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image & optimisation).
- Create, design and organise the print of all advertising material.
- Encourage positive reviews for Google and Social Media platforms from customers.
- Keep abreast of competitor brands.
- Develop and maintain the website and ensure strong brand presence including updating and maintaining of any online directories.
- Create and partake in video promotion via various platforms for the use of social media engagement.
- Maintain, design and print all interior and exterior office signage to a high quality with approval sought prior.
- Organise and implement any staff social events.
- Various IT troubleshooting and seeking further assistance for issues such as email management, IT issues and computer rests.
- Research and obtain necessary quotes and approval for all Marketing and Digital Media projects.
- Update, maintain and implement the Social Media Policy and Social Media Marketing Strategy.
Essential Minimum Requirements:
- Experience within Marketing and Digital Media sector
- Able to work Monday to Friday on a permanent part time basis
- Qualification in relevant field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications) and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Proficient use of computing systems.
- Experience with social media such as Facebook Meta, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and any other digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to think creatively with highly developed analytical and problem-solving capability.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and contemporary trends in digital Marketing and marketing strategies.
- Confidently able to organise work autonomously, in order to complete projects on time and within budget.
- High level initiative
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
