The Role - Interest Points:
- Reports to the Marketing Manager who is building a team of high performing professionals who work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Supports the execution of our marketing calendar by coordinating and executing campaigns and events that ensure our brands continue to grow and resonate with our audience.
- Researches and writes content for various channels including digital, social and print media. Your varied workload will include brochures, flyers, blog posts, and video and graphic content for various social channels.
- Generates marketing campaign ideas for various business units.
- Provides reporting and analysis of campaign ROI to create data-informed insights that support future marketing activities.
- Gets involved with the business and its key stakeholders to ensure project progression is communicated, feedback is taken on board and the right concepts are landed.
- Is full-time and permanent with hybrid working options of 3 days in the Springvale office and 2 days working from home.
- A foundation (1-3 years) of broad Marketing experience in a commercial setting such as in-house or agency.
- Verifiable success in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and on budget.
- Experience conducting social media campaigns, growing following and engaging customers through LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram and YouTube.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once (A.K.A. good time management skills).
- A tenacious and service-centric attitude towards work.
