Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Are you a seasoned marketing professional looking for an exciting new challenge within New Farm’s top agency and one of Brisbane’s most esteemed Agents?
Place New Farm are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join their high performing team. Working alongside the Director, Sarah Hackett, and the wider Place New Farm office, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing support and executing them in alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified marketer, with experience working towards tight deadlines and dealing with numerous stakeholders. Your creative mindset will enable you to generate captivating content campaigns for both New Farm and Sarah Hackett’s digital and Social Media channels and be able to effectively execute these in a timely manner.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Executing digital, print and Social Media marketing campaigns on behalf of both Sarah Hackett & Place New Farm
• Developing innovative strategies through market research to enhance brand exposure and increase engagement;
• Creating an annual marketing calendar and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing campaigns;
• Tracking Social Media analytics and creating detailed reporting on all platforms and engagement, also conducting market research to stay informed of market trends;
• Planning and creating engaging content to encapsulate all things Place New Farm (engagements, awards, community involvement);
• Generating informative and engaging Electronic Direct Mail marketing content (EDM’s);

  
To be successful in this position, you will have:

• A Marketing Degree or related qualification;
• 2 Years experience working in a Fast Paced Marketing Position (Desirable)
• Experience working in the Residential Real Estate Industry (Desirable)
• Strong time management skills;
• Strong written / verbal communication skills with emphasis on attention to detail
• Professional presentation and the ability to build authentic relationships both virtually and in-person;
• The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
