The new role of Marketing Assistant provides the right person (maybe you!) with a dazzling opportunity to liaise with and provide support to our Marketing Coordinator and our Senior Management team.
You will be creating and implementing new marketing initiatives and campaigns across a range of platforms, while also assisting staff with any extra marketing initiatives and creative support they require.
You get the idea… it is an entry level marketing position that never has a dull moment!
The Role
The position is a full-time role within our Marketing Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:
A day in the life of the Marketing Assistant for Boffo Real Estate will look like this:
- Create sparkling content that aligns with strict Boffo brand guidelines and is a standout in the real estate industry.
- Create high quality, can’t-miss-it content while ensuring Boffo brand consistency is present throughout.
- Plan, create and schedule brand-aligned content across our sales agents’ individual social media pages.
- Maintain and order marketing materials for our sales agents.
- Assist the Sales Support Team with property advertising texts.
- Attend open inspections, photo bookings and auctions to capture content (when required).
- Assist the Sales Support Team with weekly brochure orders.
- Maintain the Boffo website.
- Maintain and create fabulous content for Boffo Real Estate’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Liaise with our Marketing Coordinator and Senior Management Team to create and implement new marketing initiatives, strategies and campaigns.
- Assist staff with extra marketing initiatives and creative projects as required.
If your skill set includes the following, we love you already:
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in marketing, graphic or visual design.
- Real estate or marketing experience (ideal but not essential).
- Proven proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) (essential requirement).
- Ability to create and edit print and digital materials, including DL flyers, marketing booklets, brochures, market reports, animations and reels.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with videography and video production.
- An understanding of SEO and SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- The ability to achieve strict deadlines and produce high quality work in short time frames.
- Add creative, Boffo-brand-influenced flair to everything you do.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and content creation work is a bonus!
Your Focus Is On:
- Ensuring the Boffo brand is presented consistently, campaigns are creative and delivered on time, and the company maintains market visibility by implementing creative strategies.
- Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure all processes, procedures and services are completed and/or provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and the attainment of its goals and the long-term growth of the company.
