What is the role?
Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills.
In this diverse role you will be part of a team responsible for providing assistance to the Marketing Manager by:
Stock control management of all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and sales documents
Stock control management of all signage items including stakes, directional, corflutes, stickers, A-frames, promotional boards
Update the website and intranet ensuring all content is current and accurate at all times
Assist and monitor of social media posts and advert placements
Weekly and monthly reporting of marketing channel performance as required
Assist the Marketing Coordinator with the coordination and upkeep of display home marketing material
Copywriting in our brand tone for EDM’s and website content / landing pages
Assist with events and the Marketing team where required
Manage invoicing

You’re a passionate and experienced marketing professional, wanting to build a career within the business and are willing to go over and above to achieve this. You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Strong time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive approach, strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Strong initiative, can work independently and with a team
