Responsibilities
Design: Utilise your creative flair to produce eye-catching graphics, visuals, and marketing materials that resonate with our member base. From social media assets to email campaigns, your designs will be instrumental in driving engagement and brand recognition
Social Media Management: Develop engaging content calendars, create compelling posts, and manage our presence across various social media platforms and pages. Monitor social trends, engage with our audience, and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategy
Ambassador Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers. Coordinate campaigns, provide support, and ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels
Acquisition: Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute acquisition strategies that drive customer growth and engagement. Assist in identifying new opportunities for lead generation and conversion optimisation.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and design
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Creative in graphic design, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
