Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
Coastline Advice, an award-winning business with offices in Torquay, Anglesea, Barwon Heads, and Wonthaggi, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have an eye for detail, are self-motivated, and organized, we want to hear from you. This part-time role is based in our Torquay head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate our marketing calendar
- Manage in-house stationery and collateral
- Oversee our sponsorships and charity collections
- Seek editorial opportunities
- Capture team photos for our social media
- Write and send bulk emails to clients
- Write staff bios for our website
- Manage our client newsletter
Key Requirements:
- Currently studying a degree in Marketing or somebody recently qualified is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Canva, Adobe Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Buffer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A team player with a flexible approach to work
- Hardworking and reliable
