About the role
We are seeking a creative and innovative Marketing Co-Ordinator to execute the marketing & promotions strategy across Parra Leagues Groups venues, in line with business purpose and objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Co-Ordinator will bring experience in End to End Campaign Management, Event Activation and stakeholder management.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
End-to-end campaign management of promotions & events including trade promotions, targeted offers and ticketed events
Website and Social media updates to support Marketing promotions
Management of key Marketing Events including Promotions, Raffles and Trivia across our Clubs
Delivery of weekly Marketing Emails connecting with our members across all Clubs
Execution of key Lifecycle Marketing comms including Onboarding, Member renewals and birthday campaigns
In-club activation of all promotions including signage, digital screens and other promotional support
Detailed analysis and reporting on all promotional and marketing activities (including ROI)
What makes you perfect for the role?
1-2 years' work experience in a Marketing role
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in managing campaign End to End, from Campaign Ideation and execution, through to post campaign analysis and optimisation
Relevant project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Driver’s licence and car (must be mobile for occasional travel between venues)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
