About Our Client: Thriving in the allied health sector, our client is a key player in providing top-notch administrative services to multi-disciplinary practitioners across Australia.
The Role: Embark on a rewarding journey with us! We have an exciting opportunity in Maroochydore, offering 3-4 days per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm this is a temporary role with an opportunity for a permanent position.
Key Highlights:
- Part time position in Maroochydore 3-4 days per week 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Ongoing role with the prospect of securing a permanent position.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Respond to all Marketing email
- General office administration support responding to emails, phone enquiries etc
- Manage miscellaneous requests from CEO etc
- Coordinate our journal 2 x per year
- Coordinate all external advertising (magazine publications)
- Prepare and update all marking flyers and brochures
- Coordinate Webinars and Seminars
- Coordinate and guide HubSpot CRM management
Coordinate front end Website (Wordpress) - Provide member support, training courses, arranging Awards
Key Competencies Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to work well with others - friendly, respectful, considerate and resilient
- High level capabilities in customer service - patient, friendly phone manner
- Particularly good marketing & communication skills and experience - attention to detail essential
- Excellent organisational skills.
Work Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar office administration role essential
- Previous experience in a similar Marketing & Communications role highly preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite - high-level MS Excel experience highly regarded
- Experience in providing professional levels of quality customer service is essential.
- Experience in natural therapy or health care environments highly regarded
Qualifications Highly Regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing & Communications; &/or
- Registered tertiary qualifications in traditional medicine practice or natural therapies.
