Underpinning the market positioning, client engagement and winning of work for the firm is the Brand, Clients & Markets team.  This is a very exciting time to joining the team.  With a new brand strategy and visual identity recently signed off, the firm is energised for a strong 2024 with this team tasked with developing the activation strategy, embedding the brand across the firm, and driving in market activity.

About the role:

This role provides critical support to the Brand & Communications team to deliver a suite of major projects, related to the new brand strategy and visual identify, key platforms and associated activities. It is an exciting role for a communications professional with a passion for content who can work effectively with stakeholders and bring energy and drive to deliver these critical projects.

The role is a 6 month fixed term contract working 4 days per week and is open to candidates in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Brand strategy

  • Coordination and delivery of new core brand assets and templates including incorporation of visual language, tone of voice, key messages and brand anchors into internal and external materials.
  • Liaise with document production and precedents team to systematise branded templates in MS Office applications (Word templates, PPT)
  • Update look & feel for the firm's social channels and produce content for those channels
  • Assist with development of core image library in new style
  • Assist with delivery of branded merchandise for launch and ongoing management of BAU branded materials, in conjunction with key business services teams
  • Assist with the development of an integrated content program aligned to key brand anchors
  • Assist with brand launch promotional plan for internal and external audiences
  • Assist with ad-hoc team administrative duties
Website
  • Primary resource for developing and delivering the content for the new website including copywriting, proofreading, editing, and publishing into CMS
  • Publish all website CVs in new style
  • Work with BDMs and PG Leads to settle and publish content for services and industries
  • Coordinate migration of thought leadership, articles and other commentary to new platform
  • Work with designer and agency to upload corporate headshots and image library
  • Work with Responsible Business Team to transition separate CBP Foundation website content into the new firm website
  • Work with HR and other specialist teams on their sections/pages
  • Assist with development of Day 1 home page content
About you:
  • Sound knowledge of the latest digital trends in B2B marketing and communications. Previous experience with projects of a similar nature highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
  • Excellent writing skills - copywriting, editing, proofreading and use of generative AI for content development
  • Sound project management skills, highly organised and deadline focused
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sharepoint, Google Analytics; Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite, Google Analytic
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, website and digital platforms with understanding of content management systems Kentico or others
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A team-player who is a self-starter, detail oriented, well organised and a strong communicator.
  • Previous experience in professional services environments is an advantage but not a requirement.
