Our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department is a leader in design and development of special purpose equipment and machinery. We are passionate as we strive for success within our experienced and highly skilled team. Due to the nature of position, some local and interstate travel may be required.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator.  This is a permanent opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic and international travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies for BAMS in collaboration with Corporate Communications team
• Managing activities for internal and external graphic design resources and associated graphic design collateral
• Planning and coordination of BAMS participation in trade shows and exhibitions
• Development and ongoing refinement of BAMS Marketing & communication strategy and branding (within confines of Bosch standards)
• Planning annual marketing and communications budget
• Planning and Management of BAMS event calendar (including online content, articles, advertisements, industry engagements and trade shows).
• Coordination of BAMS participation at industry engagements and trade shows.
• Developing specification of requirements for graphic design resources as required.
• Maintaining BAMS graphic design collateral to ensure up-to-date and consistent content available for BAMS sales team.
• Developing and implementing local events in co-ordination with each Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and establish effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Relevant industry experience in a prior Marketing / Communications role
• Strong communication & collaboration abilities i.e., presentation skills, strategic thinking & planning
• Proven experience in event or tradeshow management
• B2B Marketing experience (desirable)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail
