In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our National Marketing Team.
Role Summary
To deliver high quality and engaging content across various marketing channels. A key focus is to influence consumer decisions at the research and consideration stage of the customer journey, through brand awareness, brand positioning and reputation management activities.
About the Role
• Create and manage the production of a wide variety of content including eBooks, case studies, media releases, customer testimonials, weekly EDM’s, Social Media Posts and blogs
• Collaborate with team members to deliver content marketing campaigns across internal channels and in line with other activities in the marketing schedule
• Coordinate content creation from key stakeholders including internal subject matter experts, influencers and external partners regarding sponsorships
• Monitor media coverage, develop and promote public relations activities, including responding to media requests
• Manage the annual industry award submission program for the company and leverage outcomes across our channels
• Assist in managing the Product Review platform
• Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and marketing section of the Intranet
• Develop & oversee business tone of voice for internal and external use
• Create and/or manage the production of customer testimonials and video content
• Provide regular monthly reporting to the National Marketing Manager across areas of responsibility
• Undertake other duties as directed by the National Marketing Manager within the scope of the position
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies in line with company objectives
• Actively participate in Marketing Team meetings as required
The ideal Candidate will have:
• Tertiary education in Journalism, Communications or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent English, grammar and copywriting skills for marketing purposes
• Experience in developing highly engaging written and video content across a variety of platforms
• Experience in achieving unpaid media coverage through public relations activities
• Media contacts in QLD and NSW for property would be highly regarded
• A confident, professional manner – self driven and enthusiastic
• A self-starter with analytical astuteness and a high ability to work with tight deadlines
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities, including effective time management and ability to prioritise in a busy work environment
• Ability to maintain a consistent and very high standard of work at all times
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity – promote positive working relationships
