This is an end-to-end role, with one direct report. You’ll be supported by an expert, passionate and motivated executive team to make a real difference in peoples’ lives. Key Requirements Strategic Communication Skills: Experience with developing and implementing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with our strategic plan. Brand Management: Ability to manage and enhance the Youth Projects brand identity through consistent messaging across various communication channels. Media Relations: Confident in establishing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and the management/coordination of press releases and media coverage. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in leveraging digital platforms for marketing purposes. Experience managing social media channels, online advertising, and email campaigns. Fundraising: Proven ability to cultivate and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Experience Implementing strategies to enhance donor engagement and ensure long-term commitment. Analytics and Measurement: Experience utilising analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
