Join our Banking and Financial Services Client Engagement and Protection team within Marketing and support the delivery of best-in-class client communications, across a range of financial products and services.

What role will you play?
You will spearhead the design and writing of creative storytelling, alongside being a brand advocate and influencer who’s communications are engaging, compelling, consistent, high quality and client-focused across all channels to our customers, advisers and brokers and promotes and enhances our Banking and Financial Services strategy. Using data and insights and with a strong risk lens applied you will quickly develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide an uplifted client experience.
What you offer
- 3 + years communications and copy writing experience
- A proactive and strategic approach to communications delivery with a strong action bias
- Sound background in copywriting, designing and writing client communications with all sentiments (negative, positive, neutral)
- Experience in project management and working in large teams to deliver an outcome or change customer behaviour
- Experience working in an agile environment, and supporting and delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns.
