Reporting to the Content & Communications Manager you will work as part of a close-knit marketing team to deliver on NTI’s marketing strategy and business objectives. Our team is at the perfect size where you’ll be able to specialise in Marketing Communications and internal communications, but still be involved in many other aspects of our team’s delivery - you’ll grow with your role! Our Marketing Communications Specialist will focus on two key areas, with the ability to get involved in other projects and initiatives in the team:
- Marketing Communications | Developing and implementing targeted B2B external communications through multiple channels in support of brand awareness and thought leadership
- Internal Communications | Supporting the development and execution of the internal communications calendar
What we’ll love about you:
You will be a someone who loves writing and taking highly technical content and turning into digestible and engaging communications for those who aren’t experts in the subject matter. Stakeholder management and expectation setting will come naturally to you, having the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and liaise closely with other members of the marketing team to drive outcomes. In addition, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
- Strong experience working in external communications through Agency or In-House
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adjust your tone and voice to suit the audience
- An understanding of internal communications approaches and channels
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
