Marketing Coordinator. This role is not for a specific marketing role but for someone who can manage and coordinate all marketing activities. This will involve a lot of delegation & coordination with external providers and agencies/ freelancers.
This candidate must have a very sound understanding of all marketing activities and SEO requirements.
These activities will include the following :
- Manage all digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram with daily social posts, monitor engagement & respond to messages. This is a coordination, not necessarily doing all this.
- Be across all SEO/Keyword research, Optimisation, SEO Analysis.
- Coordinate with external agencies & Freelancers to write content & blogs.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all new products are loaded to website, CRM & Catalogues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders within the organization.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in design, messaging, and communication.
- Assist in developing brand awareness strategies and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, expenses, and invoicing.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems.
